You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your z7com login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
z7com accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
All deposits to your z7com account must be made using Supported Payment Methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 100. z7com does not impose a maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may apply their own limits.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your z7com account within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedules.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your z7com account are owned by you and do not originate from any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. z7com is required to report suspicious transaction activity in accordance with its licensing obligations.
If a deposit payment is confirmed by your payment provider but has not been credited to your z7com account within the stated processing window, please contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number. z7com will investigate and resolve valid claims promptly.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members whose accounts have completed the KYC verification process and who have no outstanding wagering requirements on their current balance.
